Clients

If you purchase a package of coaching sessions or other services, you may be required to provide us with information (including Personally Identifiable Information) such as name, postal code, email address, time zone, level of physical activity, coaching preferences, and payment and billing information. It is optional for you to provide certain information, but providing as much information as possible is encouraged so that we can provide a more personalized experience.

Applying to be a Goalminded Coach

We may use certain information provided during the hiring process, such as your name and your certifications, qualification, and other credentials, to perform a background check to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided.

Cookies

When you use the Site or Service, we may send one or more cookies – small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer or mobile device. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your Internet browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your Internet browser and may be used by your Internet browser on subsequent visits to our Site or Service. Persistent cookies can be removed. You can always contact us in order to (1) update or correct your Personally Identifiable Information, (2) change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) delete the Personally Identifiable Information maintained about you on our systems, by editing your Profile. Such updates, corrections, changes and deletions will not have an effect on other information that we maintain, or information that we have provided to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change or deletion. 
You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove each and every record of the information you have provided to us from our systems. In the event you have any objection to this, you should submit your objection by contacting us directly by phone or email. In such case, we will delete or make anonymous your Personally Identifiable Information.
